  Went to sonic in scottsboro at 8 pm ordered two medium milkshakes peanut butter and chocolate set at window to pay for 30 minutes and the milk shakes were so thick you couldn't even use the straw just pull out and use like that. Don't get me wrong I love thick shakes but not so hard you can't even use a straw. Granted they were busy but 30 minutes waiting at drivethru window is rediculous. When one of the manager guys was just in the store on his phone doing nothing. He could have helped.
